I received a repeated Root Canal on yesterday and I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Short care was exceptional it was pain free. He explained every step to me and I highly recommend him. Office staff greeted me with a smile which is very hard to find at most offices these days. His assistants are top notch very knowledgeable and professional. I will refer all my friends and relatives to his office.

Dr. Short and his entire team were amazing! I needed an emergency root canal before leaving the country, and he was kind enough to fit me in as a same-day patient. He explained everything thoroughly, talked me through the procedure since I was very nervous, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The procedure was quick, successful, and I had no pain the next day—just normal soreness. His assistant was also incredibly kind and gentle. She even kept her hand on my shoulder during the numbing injections, which helped calm my nerves so much. Dr. Short also called the next day to check in, which really shows how much he cares about his patients. I would not have been able to take my vacation trip had it not been for Dr. Short! Wonderful experience from start to finish—thank you to the whole team!

I was a person that was terrified just hearing the word root canal. I got up the nerves to make an appointment with Dr. Short. The level of comfort I received when I arrived was very calming. Dr. Short explained everything he was going to do. I was still fearful but I trusted he was going to take care of me. He started the procedure and a few minutes later it was over. I was shocked! For me it was like getting a filling. This is day two and I’m having zero pain just some soreness. I would highly recommend Dr. Short. He and his staff are the best!

If you are looking for an endodontist who is highly skilled, gentle, attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to patient care, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shorts and the Apex team. An absolutely amazing and exceptional experience!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Shorts and the entire Apex team! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Having a root canal can be very intimidating, but Dr. Shorts made the entire procedure completely painless — yes, completely painless — from beginning to end. For me, what truly sets Dr. Shorts apart is his genuine care for his patients. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel super comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout the entire experience. His personable and compassionate nature immediately puts you in good hands. The entire Apex staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt cared for every step of the way. And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Dr. Shorts personally called me the next morning to check on how I was feeling. That level of attentiveness and compassion speaks volumes a

If you're ever in need of a root canal or a smart, professional, efficient endodontist, look no further because Dr Rico Short and his team have you covered. They took such good care of me! From beginning to end, the entire experience was pleasant and worry free! Starting with the front desk/check in experience, she went over the billing process in great detail. The x-ray experience and most importantly, the procedure itself, they made sure I was comfortable at all times and fully understood what to expect. I am tremendously grateful for the treatment I received as I am no longer in pain. 10/10, highly recommend!
